Shipping policy

AMFAHH Private corporation fulfills perfume orders placed through theperfumespot.us. Available shipping methods, charges and order-specific delivery commitments are shown before payment.

Delivery destinations

We ship within the United States. For another country, email support@theperfumespot.us before ordering so we can confirm availability, restrictions, charges and timing. U.S. delivery estimates do not apply to separately arranged international orders.

Standard and express delivery

Standard delivery: estimated 3–5 business days. Express delivery: estimated 1–2 business days when offered for your order and destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included in these estimates.

The delivery commitment and any separate processing or dispatch period disclosed before purchase govern your order. We will notify you if we cannot meet the applicable shipment commitment.

Shipping charges and tracking

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any express charge is shown with the selected option. Charges are non-refundable for eligible voluntary returns or cancellations where permitted by law; refunds required because of our cancellation, an unfulfilled order or another legal obligation include any charges that must be refunded.

We provide tracking when available. A “label created” status only confirms preparation of a label; it does not establish carrier possession or dispatch. A carrier acceptance scan or other handover confirmation indicates dispatch. Orders may arrive in separate parcels, and we provide available tracking for each.

Shipping delays and cancellation rights

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the legally required choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. We obtain any required consent and refund affected payments when required. No cancellation fee applies to a legally required delay-related refund. General estimates do not reduce a specific delivery commitment or mandatory rights.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact support immediately for changes or cancellation; we can act only while dispatch can still be stopped. Any proposed additional charge will be explained before it is charged.

For damage, leakage, defects or an incorrect perfume, email us within 24 hours after delivery for the standard replacement process described in our Return and Refund Policy. Report missing parcels promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking status or reporting deadline does not remove non-waivable legal rights. Please receive safe instructions before returning leaking perfume.
