These Terms govern theperfumespot.us and purchases from AMFAHH Private corporation, operator of The Perfume Spot storefront. By using the store or ordering, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable by law.

Orders and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to purchase and provide accurate order details. Keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for fraud, infringement, unlawful conduct or unauthorized access. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; unavailable items are cancelled and refunded.

Products, prices and payments

We sell perfumes. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges and payment options are disclosed before payment. Promotions follow their displayed conditions. If an error affects an order, we explain the correction and available options. We will not increase charges without your agreement. Display variations do not excuse material misdescription.

Returns, replacements and cancellation fees

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains eligible 15-day unopened returns, final-sale exclusions, 24-hour replacement reporting, postage and refunds. Accepted voluntary cancellations carry a USD $20 fee per cancelled item where lawful and disclosed before purchase. Mandatory legal exceptions apply as described in that policy.

Shipping and privacy

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, delivery estimates, charges and shipment commitments.

Shopify hosts our store and processes information for ecommerce services. Where enabled, Shopify Enhanced Services may use interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify; information may be shared with service providers in other countries. Intellectual property and legal rights

Content and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant a trademark license or establish brand affiliation. Do not reproduce protected content commercially without permission or another legal basis. Third-party services have their own terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access. Nothing here excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies or liability. New York law and applicable U.S. federal law govern, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. You retain applicable court, consumer-protection and payment-dispute rights.

Updates and contact
