AMFAHH Private corporation fulfills perfume orders placed through theperfumespot.us. Available shipping methods, charges and order-specific delivery commitments are shown before payment.

Delivery destinations

We ship within the United States. For another country, email support@theperfumespot.us before ordering so we can confirm availability, restrictions, charges and timing. U.S. delivery estimates do not apply to separately arranged international orders.

Standard and express delivery

Standard delivery: estimated 3–5 business days. Express delivery: estimated 1–2 business days when offered for your order and destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included in these estimates.

The delivery commitment and any separate processing or dispatch period disclosed before purchase govern your order. We will notify you if we cannot meet the applicable shipment commitment.

Shipping charges and tracking

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any express charge is shown with the selected option. Charges are non-refundable for eligible voluntary returns or cancellations where permitted by law; refunds required because of our cancellation, an unfulfilled order or another legal obligation include any charges that must be refunded.

We provide tracking when available. A “label created” status only confirms preparation of a label; it does not establish carrier possession or dispatch. A carrier acceptance scan or other handover confirmation indicates dispatch. Orders may arrive in separate parcels, and we provide available tracking for each.

Shipping delays and cancellation rights

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the legally required choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. We obtain any required consent and refund affected payments when required. No cancellation fee applies to a legally required delay-related refund. General estimates do not reduce a specific delivery commitment or mandatory rights.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact support immediately for changes or cancellation; we can act only while dispatch can still be stopped. Any proposed additional charge will be explained before it is charged.

For damage, leakage, defects or an incorrect perfume, email us within 24 hours after delivery for the standard replacement process described in our Return and Refund Policy. Report missing parcels promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking status or reporting deadline does not remove non-waivable legal rights. Please receive safe instructions before returning leaking perfume.

15-day return window

For an eligible change-of-mind return, email us within 15 calendar days after delivery. The perfume must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with the factory seal, wrapping, labels and included accessories intact. Include your order number or other proof of purchase. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Opened products and sale items

Opened, used, sprayed, unsealed or tampered-with perfumes are not eligible for voluntary returns or refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. These restrictions do not remove mandatory rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Return instructions and postage

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the approved return address and packing instructions; do not assume the address on a shipping label is the return destination. Customers pay postage and label costs for eligible change-of-mind returns. Use a suitable tracked service and retain proof of shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect perfumes

Report a delivery issue by email within 24 hours after delivery to use our standard replacement process. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the perfume, packaging and shipping label where available. Keep the packaging and stop using a damaged or leaking item.

Our standard remedy for an approved claim is a replacement, rather than a voluntary refund. Customers pay applicable return or replacement label costs under this process where permitted by law. We will explain any required return and costs before you proceed. Do not ship leaking perfume until we provide safe instructions.

Mandatory consumer rights

The 24-hour reporting period, unopened condition, final-sale exclusions and replacement-only process govern our voluntary store program. They do not prevent claims or remedies required by law, including for defects discovered later. If a replacement is unavailable or does not provide a legally adequate remedy, we will provide the remedy required by law, including a refund when required. We will also cover return costs where legally required.

Inspection and refund timing

We inspect returned products to confirm their condition and eligibility. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or explain any rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

For an eligible voluntary return, the refund covers the approved product amount paid and any associated tax that must be refunded. Original shipping charges and customer-paid return postage are non-refundable, except where a refund of those amounts is legally required. If a legally required refund has an earlier deadline, that deadline applies.

Order cancellation

Email support@theperfumespot.us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. We can accept a voluntary cancellation only while dispatch can still be stopped. Once the order has shipped, the return rules apply, subject to your legal rights.

For an accepted customer-requested cancellation, a cancellation fee of USD $20 per cancelled item applies where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. The fee is deducted from the applicable refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations where lawfully chargeable; we do not retain charges that must legally be refunded.

No cancellation fee applies when we cancel an order, cannot supply an item, or must provide a full refund because of a shipment delay, our error or another legal requirement. In those cases, we refund the affected payment and any delivery charges required by law.

You are entitled to a written copy of this Return and Refund Policy upon request; email support@theperfumespot.us to request one.

Include your order number and any return tracking number when contacting support. Our customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nothing in this policy requires you to waive statutory remedies or payment-dispute rights.
